Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur that are outside our control.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
